My main service is of course Mortgage Broking. So what is a Mortgage Broker? We are basically the middle man between You (the customer) and the banks.
We have over 40 lenders on our panel we work with. These banks range from your major lenders such as CBA, NAB, ANZ & Westpac. Your smaller tiered lenders such as ING, Bankwest and non-confirming lenders such a La Trobe, Liberty Finance and Pepper Money. The list is endless.
The service we provide can be basically broken down into 2 categories:
This is where we seek a Home Loan to help you buy your home. I love helping out First Home Buyers. Or you could be an existing home owner and wish to upgrade your house or take that step and purchase an investment property. I can help here too.
This is where I take you from your existing bank and find a new home for you. Refinances can happen for many reasons such as:
- Lower interest rates to help you save money
- Refinance to a new bank and take out a new Home Loan for a new property purchase
- Refinance for Equity Release (extra cash for Home Improvement, investment purposes etc)
- Refinances due to a marriage separation – this is where one party wants to take over the home loan and the property
- Refinance to re-structure your home loan to help you manage it more conveniently and save you money
- Refinance to extend your Interest Only period. Your current bank may not want to give you more Interest Only but I can find another one that will and also secure a great interest rate at the same time
